I’ve been using this on my curls and it’s been good overall. It smells nice and leaves my hair looking decent, but after a few uses I do notice a bit of residue. Not a huge deal for me, I just have to clarify a little more often. Still happy with it.

"Easy to use, just a little messy"
I ordered from Bounce Curl it was easy to use. The product went through my hair really quickly, and I didn’t have to use a ton of it, which I always appreciate!

The only small issue is that the bottle can get a bit messy when my hands are wet... but overall, applying it was simple and my curls dried nicely. I’d give it 4 stars...

I ordered a couple of curl products from Bounce Curl, i was kind of expecting to have to check everything twice because that’s usually how online orders go for me. But the box had exactly what I picked out, and the sizes matched too, which was a relief.
I’m only taking off a star because the packing slip threw me off at first, and I assumed something was missing. Once I went through the items again, though, everything was there and correct. Overall, I’m happy with the order.

My curls felt kind of flat after using it, which was a little disappointing. I feel like that’s totally preventable with a lighter formula or maybe using less product, but for me it weighed my hair down more than I expected.

"Pretty helpful curl tips"
I was watching their tutorials and it really help me use less product and get my curls looking better. Some of the steps was a little long, but overall it’s easy to follow and I did picked up a few good tricks.

I’ve only used this twice, but my curls are already looking way less frizzy and somehow staying nice all day. Not saying there’s some secret hair-control technology in this bottle, but the results are a little too convenient. Either way, I’m happy with it

"Soft Curls with Nice Hold"
I ordered from bouncecurl, i’m really happy with how my hair feels after using it. The texture is nice—not too thick or sticky—and it spreads through my curls easily. I mean, not totally effortless, but close enough that it didn’t feel like a hassle. After my hair dried, it felt soft but still had a good amount of hold, which is always hard for me to find. It also didn’t leave that weird heavy feeling some curl products do. My curls looked more put together but still felt touchable. I’d definitely buy it again

"Ordering turned into a bigger hassle than it should have"
I actually like the products, which is why this was so frustrating. Trying to place an order on the site was way more annoying than expected. The pages were loading slowly, and every time I tried to change the quantity in my cart, it would either not update or act strange. Then checkout froze on me, so I had to go back and start over. I did get the confirmation email in the end, but it took way too long for something that should be simple. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably have to reach out and escalate it because the website really needs to be fixed.

My scalp is super picky and a lot of curly hair products make it itchy , but this one didn’t bother me at all . No burning , no flakes , and no flakes after using it . I’m happy with it and will keep using it .

At first, my curls looked good and the hold seemed decent. But by late afternoon, they had started to fall a bit and my hair got kind of frizzy. It’s not a bad product, just felt average for me overall

Okay, I’m happy with this. I used it on damp hair, kind of just scrunched it in and hoped for the best, and my curls actually had shape for once. No crunchy feeling either, which is usually my biggest issue. There was still a little frizz, but whatever, my hair always does that. The definition lasted all day, though, which surprised me.

I had a question about my order because I wasn’t totally sure I picked the right product, and I was definitely being very normal and calm about it. Their customer service got back to me quickly and didn’t make me feel silly for asking, which I really appreciated. They looked everything over and helped me fix it before it shipped. Overall, it was a really nice experience. I usually get nervous contacting companies online, but this was actually easy and not stressful. I’d definitely buy from Bounce Curl again because they were so helpful

I ordered from bouncecurl and overall the product did work fine for my hair, which I appreciated. The texture and results were good, so no complaints there. The main downside for me was the scent, it’s not awful, but it was stronger and sweeter than I expected, and I wish it faded a little faster. I can still use it, but it’s just not really my favorite. Shipping was okay too, so I’m giving it 3 stars mainly because the fragrance didn’t quite work for me.

I noticed a clear pattern with this: right after using it, my curls looked smoother and the frizz was definitely calmer. But after a few hours, they started puffing back up again like they usually do. It wasn’t a total miss, and my hair did look okay for part of the day, but it didn’t hold up as well as I was hoping. I’m really impressed with how easily this rinses out of my hair. I don’t have to stand in the shower forever trying to get it all out, and there’s no weird film or heavy feeling left behind. My curls feel clean and fresh without feeling stripped, which is exactly what I want on wash day. If you’ve been looking for something that actually leaves your hair feeling good after rinsing, this is a really solid pick

"Got my order way faster than I thought"
I ordered from Bounce Curl and, in my experience, the shipping was seriously quicker than I expected. The tracking updated normally the whole time, and my package actually showed up earlier than I thought it would. The box looked totally fine too, no damage or issues. I’m really happy with how fast everything arrived.
